You can do both 10 and 25 man. The only time you have to pick is once we get to raids where you can change the difficulty. Once we're in TOC/ICC, you'll have to PICK if you wanna do ICC10 normal, or ICC10 heroic. You would not be able to do 10 on both difficulties.
